Initial visit: on-site inspection and outline costing of future steps.
Verification: assessment of internal and external architectural barriers (based on standard legal accessibility requirements).
Feasibility study: analysis of solutions for removing or mitigating architectural and environmental barriers, from minimal interventions to more complex adaptations.
Equipment specification: identification of the most suitable equipment and/or appliances to procure, working within budget.
Project monitoring: tracking progress through to the completion of the works.
